Ensure rigorous, engaging learning for all students, with high expectations and the right support, while preparing students to thrive in an AI-enabled world.
Our plan
- Review grading and assessment policies based on evidence and outcomes.
- Send assessments home so students can learn from their mistakes.
- Limit unnecessary screen time and prepare students for an AI-enabled world.
- Expand extracurricular opportunities — and fund them.
Flexible Pathways & Personalized Opportunities

Improve academic pathways in middle and high school, and expand access to the right courses, experiences, and opportunities for every student.
Our plan
- Launch a review of middle-school pathways and access criteria.
- Remove unnecessary barriers to meet student needs… at all levels.
- Expand flexible options, including independent learning and college-level opportunities.
Smart Finance & Accountability

Make data-driven decisions, be responsible stewards of taxpayer dollars, and prioritize resources in the classroom.
Our plan
- Develop a data-driven strategy to understand and reverse our enrollment decline from our public schools.
- Put teachers at the center and make recruitment, retention, and support a priority.
- Direct resources toward the classroom and priorities that most improve students' opportunities.
Student Well-Being & Inclusion

Foster a culture of belonging, respect, and mental wellness so every student feels supported and can thrive.
Our plan
- Review pathways and placement criteria so they don't create unnecessary stress, especially for younger students.
- Reduce elementary class sizes.
- Reduce subscription busing fees to help reduce traffic and congestion.
Transparent Governance & Community Partnership

Listen openly, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively to build trust and strengthen our school community.
Our plan
- Publish the data and information behind major decisions, and make budgets, spending, and their educational impact easier to understand.
- Present significant policy changes in advance and listen before deciding.
- Strengthen Board oversight and accountability while working collaboratively.
